*MODERATE CAFFEINE CONSUMPTION

Young people love to drink coffee. This is a personal statement as I am a huge fan of black coffee. It helps me tick off long hours at work. But it's not good to go overboard with everything. Water is the battle to the death with fat. Believe it or not, drinking 8 to 10 glasses of warm or plain filtered water can help you stay healthy and live longer. You should drink at least 500ml of water 1 hour before your workout and 600 to 700ml of water as soon as possible after your cool down session. If you feel thirsty, drink 1 cup in the meantime, but do so slowly.


*KEEP A GAP

Online fitness trainers will show you 3 or 5 minute high intensity fat burning workout routines. Perform at least 8 to 10 workouts to lose stubborn fat fast.
