Growing up in a small town in Nebraska at a young age, I was fascinated by big muscles. I would watch cartoons where characters had 22-inch arms and bulging pecs. I started buying all the action figures and started drawing the characters for hours on end. i never knew real people Life can be like this.

Playing sports in high school can be very beneficial in becoming a better athlete. I gained some muscle along the way. But I was still a skinny kid. I didn't realize there was a huge difference between sport lifting and powerlifting until after high school, and then there was bodybuilder.

I've come to the simple conclusion of what the secret is. It is to decide that you want to gain muscle. If we decompose the word Decide, we get Cede. Like homicide or genocide. Cede comes from Latin and means to cut off. So once I made up my mind, I wanted to add muscle. i have no choice But do it. All the complicated methods don't matter.

I don't understand how to train for optimal muscle growth or how to eat to increase lean muscle. So instead of pushing myself towards my goal, my goal pulls me towards it.

I did 3 years of research trying to understand what was best for muscle growth. There are many effective methods. There are high rep low rep drop sets supersets and CrossFit's to find the new age. So what's really working? The answer...they all do! You just need to choose one and decide Stick to it!

After all the research, I finally found one of my favorite ways to build muscle. Slow and controlled high reps that force blood into the muscle tissue. Don't get me wrong...I'm still a bit of a pompous person who likes to put on weight and have a little fun here and there.

Think of your muscle cells as a balloon. If we can expand these cells by pumping blood into them...muscles have to get bigger. This is what I've found works best for me. With the right food and supplements, it's impossible not to grow. Remember...nothing happens overnight. just decide You want to build muscle and everything else will follow.
