Always smiled

After our weight gain this holiday season, many people plan to lose a few kilos or think about how many times a week they should hit the gym.

But Dr James Gill, a doctor and researcher at Warwick Medical School, said the problem with such random targets was that they were often unattainable in reality, so failing to achieve them was frustrating.

Instead, he recommends focusing on being happier, saying: "There are many things you can do to make your life healthier, but if you don't enjoy your life, you may not be able to commit to any hard changes you face in the coming year.

But how can we be happier?

Jill suggests changing our lives by smiling more. At the same time, we recognize what is causing us pain and try to get rid of it.

He added, "Always keep these two things in your bag, and next year you'll be ready to find other health-boosting items."

Finally get a good sleep

It's easy to think of good health. But according to Dr Nadine Sami, lecturer in exercise and exercise science at the University of Exeter, the focus should be on improving mental health by building self-awareness.

We can think of it as something to avoid embarrassment, but according to Lundin, it's more than that.

Self-awareness is the ability to identify, understand, and structure your emotions, moods, and motivations, and it plays an important role in improving mental health over time.

"By gaining a deeper understanding of emotions, motivations and behaviors, you can begin to act in a more cautious way so you can make better choices for yourself," says Nadine.

She added: For example, what motivates you to exercise? When are you most motivated to exercise and when are you least motivated to follow an exercise regimen? Why are you doing this?

There are several ways to find answers to these questions, most notably by browsing the newspaper, meditating, practicing mindfulness exercises, or simply practicing self-reflection after completing a specific activity or at the end of each day.
